DEPOSIT
A 20% deposit is required on submission
of all orders and prior to commencement of your custom chalkboard
art. The balance or your order is due prior to shipping.
HOW TO ORDER
Step 1: DETERMINE YOUR ART REQUIREMENT: Submit a request for a quote. Provide all the necessary information that pertains to the layout you need including your address for shipping. If there are any logos or images you wish to include, you can email them, however they won't necessarily be needed until you submit your order.
Step 2: WE WILL PROVIDE A QUOTE: When
it is approved by you, a 20% non-refundable deposit will
be required. This can be mailed via money order, certified
cheque, or by credit card using a secure online payment
site.
Step 3: LAYOUT: Once the deposit is received, and you have submitted all of the details for your order, a rough layout will be emailed or faxed to you with the delivery date/time noted.
Orders must be paid in full prior to delivery. A color photo of your order will be emailed to you upon completion.

HOW LONG?
Once we have received your order and depending
on the nature of your order, a layout will be provided to
you. Upon your approval of the final layout, orders are
completed and prepared for delivery within 2 weeks for an
average order. We emphasize the importance of approving your layout quickly so your order is not delayed.

SHIPPING
Chalkboardart.ca can ship anywhere in North America. Rates can have extreme variances because of the size and weight of the product that you order. When we provide your quote,
we will also include a quote for shipping based on the shipping address you provide. A small handling
fee in addition to the freight cost will be charged. Best
efforts are made to provide the most cost effective method
of transportation. We currently use Canada Post, Fedex and
UPS for the majority of our shipping.
NOTE: US Deliveries
Chalkboard orders shipped to the United
States may be subject to government duty, taxes and custom
broker fees. If brokerage fees are not shown on your invoice,
you will be responsible for these fees which will be billed
to you directly by the customs broker. (Please allow enough
time for delivery through customs. Unfortunately, we have
no control over the time it may take to clear customs)
